1. After Sales Consultant

Job Description

  1. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop strategies to meet customer targets.
  3. Lead the After Sales Service team in implementing both short-term and long-term strategies.
  4. Analysis, coordinate, and manage activities related to the sale of spare parts.
  5. Conduct sales activities for spare parts product and contract
    maintenance: sales planning establishing and maintaining good
    relationships with customers collecting sales results.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in a sales or any related field.

Job Description

  4. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators,

Job Description

    the hydro industry, including identifying new markets and business
    opportunities.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support to business development
