1. Internal Audit & Compliance Supervisor

Job Description :

  1. Test & evaluate the implementation of internal control & risk management systems in accordance with Company policy
  2. Give recommendations on audit findings, follow up and monitor audit
    findings & improvement based on policies & procedures
  3. Conduct audit investigation on alleged fraud
  4. Make audit report

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor degree, all major
  • Min. 5 years experience as internal auditor
  • Good understanding about internal audio standard, risk management, & internal control is a must
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good critical thinking, data analytical, & problem solving skill
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001
  • Have experience in making internal policies dan procedures also evaluate operational process

2. IT Business Head

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
    Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in telecommunications and IT infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development methodologies, and project management practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into IT initiatives.

3. Planning Department Head

Job Description :

  1. Mastering the planning of area infrastructure (land grading, roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, tiling etc.).
  2. Knowledge of infrastructure engineering principles, concepts and practices
  3. Relevant work experience in construction projects and infrastructure
    management, especially in the context of industrial estates.
  4. Strong understanding of project management and infrastructure planning.
  5. Analytical ability to identify problems and seek effective solutions.
  6. Project management skills managing budgets, schedules and resources.
  7. Ensure civil and infrastructure works are executed according to timeline, design and specifications.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in using CAD
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 35 – 45 years old.
  • 10 years of experience in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering in an industrial estate company.
  • Good leadership skills and experience in managing technical teams.

4. Sales Officer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Any Major.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including
    software, hardware, networking, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure and
    cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the
    ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with
    clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

5. Quantity Surveyor (QS) Officer

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,
    Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional
    certification is a plus.
  • 5 years experience
  • Proficiency in using AutoCad is must.
  • Proficiency in using building information modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel for cost estimation and analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

6. Planning Engineer Officer

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years experience
  • Proficiency in using CAD, Civil 3D, BIM is must.
  • Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

7. Design & Videographer Intern

Job Description :

Responsible for all corporate content & productions. Starting
from ideas, design (illustrations, layouts, etc. for print and digital
media), scripting, story boarding, taking shoots, photo, & video
editing.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree majoring majoring Multimedia, DKV, or in related field. Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Proficiency in using using Adobe Creative Suite, including
    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other related
    editing apps.
  • Able to operate video camera, lighting, & audio recording devices
  • Strong passion for design, videography, full of ideas, & creative
  • Placement in Jakarta, intern duration for 3 months
